Very fast service, with food arriving about 5 minutes after we ordered. The food portions are quite large, so they are very much worth the money. The food is also very delicious, with the meat being juicy, rice not being sticky and the overall quality of the food excellent. There is also a lot of vegetarian and vegan food options, so there is something for everyone. 10/10 and would recommend. Will come back in the future. The atmosphere was excellent, with a not too quiet and also very relaxed.

Coming from Northern Cyprus our aunt too us here for some Cypriot food. The food was amazing,.very tasty, watch the peppers though they were hot 🥵🥵. They do an offer that children eat free Sunday - Thursday and Friday/Saturday between 12-5. There is alot of food so make sure you don't over fill yourself . Kitchen you can see through glass and it is spotless as is the test too. All staff were very friendly and very helpful

It was our wedding anniversary and we were warmest treatment ever with lots of smiles. The food was exceptionally tasty and the kids loved it. We got free 🍷. It was a wonderful experience and I will be visiting again soon

Mixed Experience at Hasturk in Braintree We recently visited Hasturk in Braintree and our overall experience was a bit mixed. The food left us slightly disappointed; despite requesting some dishes to be spicy, we were informed that they don't serve spicy food, which was a letdown. One of our orders was initially served with rice instead of the requested mashed potatoes. When we inquired about it, they brought the mash on a separate plate a bit unprofessional, the whole plate should have been taken and returned with fresh. Additionally, the initial waitress seemed a bit distracted; we were just about to place our drinks order when she abruptly walked off. However, Adam and Jana turned around the initial impression with their top-notch service and warm welcome until we left. The food, though ok, could have been more authentic Turkish and better in terms of flavours. Despite the setbacks, we might consider returning at some point. One thing worth mentioning is that we opted not to pay the service charge as we felt the initial service didn't quite meet the mark. In summary, our experience at Hasturk had its ups and downs. While improvements could be made in terms of food authenticity and service consistency, the excellent service from Adam and Jana would potentially bring us back for another try. Would give 5* for Adam and Jana service.

Visited the restaurant yesterday for lunch and was amazed by the standard of the food. I had chicken shish and was fresh , hot and full of flavour. The waiters and waitresses were lovely and even bought us out some complimentary bread with dips. Very happy and would definitely return again :)

We went for dinner with our group of friends. the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Yana took care of us, she is a very kind lady and took care of us one by one. Our order was super fast. It is very good that we have the chance to choose rice or chips with every meal, and it is definitely a great idea to have a free children's menu with every adult 👍 the food was delicious but the portions were small compared to other Turkish restaurants for me. I liked the atmosphere and decoration of the restaurant. Thank you , absolutely I’ll come again.

Hat's off to the chef & staff. Food was absolutely delicious. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. I had moussaka with couscous and salad. Raspberry sorbet was beautiful. Very generous portions. Thank you so much. We will return again soon.

Just had a really lovely meal here- delicious food and delightful staff - all of them without exception were really pleasant, welcoming and efficient. In a world where customer service is often well below standard this restaurant stands out as somewhere to return to again and again! Thank you 😀
